If you need to set up service contact City Hall and we'll get you the one page form you'll need to fill out. There is a non-refundable $25.00 service connection fee. You can either pay this when you turn in your paperwork or have it added to your first bill. We aim to mail the utility bills out by the last day of each month. The bills are due on the 20th of each month. If a bill is not paid by the end of the day on the 20th it'll be subject to a 10% late charge. If you do not pay by the 5th of the following month, water services to consumer will be disconnected. If you receive 3 shutoff notices within a calendar year, you will be charged a refundable $120.00 deposit. This deposit will be charged in 3 installments of $40.00 over the next 3 months. If you have any questions about billing feel free to contact us at City Hall (785) 665-7328.
